Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 48 hours.
2. Shipping Time: Once the order is processed, please allow up to 14 days to receive your items at your door.
3. Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are fixed (please see upon checkout).
4. Order Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email once the order has been shipped.
5. International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping.
We always endeavour to get items out to customers as quickly as possible. However, sometimes unforeseen circumstances are out of our control and may delay the delivery process. Please note that if you have not received your items within 14 days then please contact customer support.
Return & Exchange Policy
1. Returns: We accept returns within 14 days of the purchased arrival date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging (no change of mind returns accepted).
2. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at admin@boomingblooinggifts.com.au or submit a return form below (please also include order number on the
form). Once the return is approved, you will be provided with a return shipping address.
3. Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
4. Non-Returnable Items: Personalized and perishable items cannot be returned unless there is a defect or damage.
5. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. In which case the shipping costs will also be refunded upon return.
